What is the advantage if you buy our products:
1. High Quality
Even from the raw materials, we select our logs, sawn timbers and process it to S4S with high grade selection. Only legal wood is used for all of our products.
We use Merbau wood and Bangkirai/ Balau wood as a raw materials, which is class M (moderately Durable) and Class D (Durable) against termite and ensured by natural durability according EN standards.
The woods will be produced handy crafted by our master carpenter with special hand tools to get a precision result and top quality prefab wooden house.
We kiln dry the wood which has thickness less than 6cm in our kiln dry chamber until it reach MC 12% so the wood will has a good moisture content which make the wood more stable, and it will make you worry free about wood bend and cracking problem.
2. Detail Codification
Our talented architects will make a detail construction drawings and assembling drawings for each parts of the building.
We抣l put a marking on the wood based it抯 the code, and make a detail packing list, so the assembling drawing and packing list in container is integrated.
This way will help you and your builder to control the container unloading and assemble the building in effective and efficient way.
3. Update Progress Report
We will send you a progress report for your project weekly via email. A photos and drawing will help you to keep in touch with what is going on of your project in our factory, so you will always updated.
Soon the project finished and ready to pack, we will also send you a DVD of assembling process, so your builder can watch and learn how to assemble the house in proper way.
4. Finishing
Our finishing is Alkyd based resin which already tested and proven good to resist the weather condition. But if you looking for a water based finishing, we can provide it as well
5. Customized
80% of our project was custom design, so we are open to receive any idea, design from you or your Architect.
Each country has a different buildings construction code/ system, so it will be really great if your technical consultant can discuss with us regarding the requirements of local building code in your country.
6. Professional team support
Our professional Architect, civil engineer, master carpenter are committed to give our best service to help you to arrange all you need for your prefab project. Starting from the architectural drawing, construction design until assembling drawing which is drawn detail with AutoCAD and 3Ds Max program to assure the best result of precision drawing to make the assembling process in your country in effective and efficient way

The rough price of wooden house price per m2 start from:
- Merbau wood : US$ 570 /sq. meter
- Bangkirai wood : US$ 550 /sq. meter
The rough price of Gazebo price per m2 start from:
- Merbau wood : US$ 450 /sq. meter
- Bangkirai wood : US$ 430 /sq. meter

Standard price is included columns/pillars, floor structures, floorings (UV coated), deckings, upper beams, wall structures, wall finish ( T&G exterior and gypboard interior ), doors, windows, hardwares, roof structures, roof surface (optional with iron wood shingles, tiles, or t-hatched roof) and manual instruction.
