BUSINESS PROPOSAL

揝UNRISE LTD?Company is a wood article manufacturer. The basic company抯 products are pine articles (80%), as well as oak and ash articles (20%). Every month we process about 1500 m3 of pine timber.
Our company抯 product is:
1. Structural pine timber.
- length (m): 4,0; 4,5; 6,0
- size (mm) : 22?0; 22?0; 30?0; 40?0; 50?00; 50?20; 50?50; 100?00; 100?20; 100?50; 100?00; 150?50; 150?00; 200?00
Quality:
With unlimited knots.
Drop out knots are not accepted.
Cracks:
-not through cracks, with possible crack length of no more than ½ board length
-through cracks can be only at ends, no more than 20 cm
Wane, possible at ends, no more than 1/3 of board width
-each wane should be no more than 32 mm wide (by flatness), the sawn part should be not less than 2/3 actual board width
-wane length is unlimited
Prohibited is the following:
-through germ, dote, wormhole.
Sap-wood, fungus coloration and mold are impossible as separate surface strokes and spots.
Deformation:
- end length contortion, boom deflection of no more than 3 mm per one running meter
Sawing defects ?width and thickness ripple of no more than 2 mm
Saw-timber, crossers, small boards and logs should be without bark.
Minimum possible acceptance size
- thickness+1-2 mm
- width +1-2 mm
- length +30-50 mm
Ends should be sawn at right angles, cross-sectional board cut should be rectangular.

Delivery terms:
Carriages, 100m3 at the border (Odessa-port) ?115$ per 1m3.
Package: - packed on crossers, tied with a metal tape
Delivery volume per month ?000m3 and higher.
2. Floor board of pine and oak, glued with pins
- Length from 4 to 6m
- width 130mm; 138mm; 146mm
- thickness 22mm; 30mm; 34mm
Quality:
- without gum pockets and cracks
- timber without blue colour
- without tobacco and drop-out knots
- humidity 8-10%

3. Whole oak floor board
- length: 0,6 m; 0,9m; 1,2m; 1,5m; 1,8m; 2,0m
- width: 100mm; 110mm; 120mm; 130mm; 128mm
- thickness: 19mm; 20mm; 21mm; 22mm
Quality:
- without cracks, timber defects
- leaving timber colour unchanged
- without tobacco and drop-out knots
- humidity 8-10%
Delivery volume per month ?8000 m2

4. Oak blanks, any size, first- and extra-class, dry, primarily processed at four-sided lathe. Processing precision ?,1mm.

5. Underpan blank 800?200mm (pine, poplar, black poplar)
