This is an Indian Export Company and the mainly Operation Activity is Manufacturing of Treated Teak-Wooden Furniture, Handicrafts and Gift Articles. Established since 1958. This Company regards the quality first, the customer first and the excelsior spirit and attitude as its highest Principles. With efforts of all Members of this Company, we experienced severe marke Competition and Economic environment changes. Due to decreasing material and increasing Labour Charge. We established a Factory in Industrial Belt of Timber place in Gujarat Since 1958. We are also engaged in operation activities of Timber Seasoning and Chemical Treatment Plant in our Company as per I.S. Code and AWPA (USA) Standard. We export extensivenly many kinds of treated Teak-Wooden Handicrafts and Gift Article to all of the World Market and our market share is growing considerably.

The main activities of Company consist of Bandsawing of wood, making it to the required sizes, giving Chemical Treatment, Seasoning of the same, after finishing of the material, and last packing and supply it to various destination of the Handicrafts, Furniture.

(A) BANDSAWING OF WOOD

This activity is carried out at our unit located in the Nadiad of Kheda District in Gujarat State (India), in this unit; the row material of wood is brought to the unit for making it to the various size and shapes. We have different types of cutting machine to cut it down. Similarly Bansaw Sharpner is used for edging out of the prepared articles like wise number of Articles and Wooden Furnitures are made and send to our wood treatment units. We are also Manufacturer of Wooden Handles, Pallets, Frames and Antique Style Teak-Wooden Furnitures.

We have qualified and experienced persons who are working to fulfil the requirement of our valued customers in this unit where raw material is prepared for our various wood treatment unit .All activities are carried out as per I.S. Code

(B) SEASONING OF WOOD

This unit is consisted of seasoning unit in which the wood is kept inside the chamber and treated in such a way that wood becomes resistant to bending, cracking & splitting, using this treatmently the wood become highly dried. This system uses is highly reliable & acceptable method in the world and many beed and highly registered to banding, spiltting & cracking up two thousand cubic ft. at the same time after completion of entire cycle, the treated wood is thughroly checked for moisture content in the wood in our laboratory available in the same premises of our company plant. This entire process is carried out as per I.S. Code - 1141.

(C) CHEMICAL TREATMENT OF WOOD

As earlier stated that wood is given a treatment of seasoning to convert it too highly durable. There after this wood is chemically treated to make it suffer from any kind of wood biting insects. This will help the wood to become powder free. This is located in our company where our wood-seasoning unit is located; we carry out our various operations to make the wood safe from any insects.

This Process consist of loading of wood articles in pressure chamber, applying of Vacuum and high temperature pressurised air to take care of the penitration of the chemical in wood to a sufficient depth which ensures the quality of the treated wood chemicals or preservatives are sent inside the pressure vessel for the wood pressure treatment which develops the wood to resist any type of attack of insect which make the wood powderer and any biological effect chemical or preservatives is brought from protecto paste ( Eco-Friendly Product ) and also use Ascu - Hickson Ltd. This process is carried out as per AMERICAN WOOD PRESERVATIVE ASSOSIATION (AWPA) AS WELL AS INDIAN STANDERD CODE 401.

(D) FINISHING AND PACKING

This activities is carried out at our finishing unit we have also different types of wood finished polish machine in our unit. Similarly prepared articles of handicrafts and its furniture making to the well polished. After readymade polish articles or furnitures are sent to proper packing into our packing division as per demand of country.

Terms of Condition :
Full advance payment for quick immediate orders, Title in the goods shall pass to the customer as and when the company has received payment in full from the customer. 90% deposit of invoice value balance to be paid against documents. Irrevocable sight Letter of Credit by Valuable Authorised Bank only or by Registered institution acceptable by our Bank.

Price Policy :
We wish to maintain a price control; we are subject to cost beyond Our control with regards timber and currency changes. However, We will do our best to minimise any increases for the next 3 months. Final prices will be valid for 30 days.

Crack & Guarantee :
Our furniture does not crack, break or splits. Before we finish the furniture, we check if output is under 8% to 10%(kiln Dried), if not we wait Or else the furniture might crack after finishing. We give written guarantee that when an Item is cracked, we replace it in next order and this entire process will be carry out as per I. S. Code 1141(1973) in our own Timber Seasoning Plant, also this wood is chemically treated to make it safer from any kind of wood biting insects will help the wood become powder free. This process consists of wood pressure treatment plant in ours Industries that developed the wood resists any types of attack of insects that make the wood powederer and any biological effect is carried out as per AWPA(American Wood Preservative Association-USA) as well as I.S. Code 401(1961) standard.

Transport :
A first order will be shipped within 7-8 weeks. Special design order, might take more time. We can assist overseas clients handling shipment from the Mumbai port to any main port in the world. We also accept all insurance by recommendation on with buyer.

Packing :
Most of our Outdoor & Classic also Original furniture can be delivered knock down or folded & Transported in a Cartoon Box.

Inspection :
In Inspection minor defect accepted by the customer and or buyer want to do quality. The Material Finishing, Style, Marking & workmanship with minor & major effect and measurement with size and moisture content as vendors and buyers want to do for this Quality . A loading supervision such as documentation of marking, Label, Container No. , Condition of container , Dry and clean or other quality defination in depend of buyer or customers want to do for the good quality of our product and we wish best service for you.
