According to the latest report from the German Pellet Institute (DEPI), as of mid-November 2024, there has been no increase in demand for pellets in Germany, despite the recent lower temperatures. The price of pellets therefore remains stable and low, as in the previous months of September and October. The price for a ton of wood pellets is on average €279.12.

In November 2024, the following regional differences will arise in the pellet price (for a purchase quantity of 6 tonnes):
In southern Germany, the price is €269.75/t, followed by central Germany with an average price of €280.78/t.
In northern and eastern Germany, the price per tonne is €289.69.

Larger quantities (26 t) will be traded in November 2024 at the following conditions:
South: €254.15/t,
Center: €261.38/t ,
North/East: €273.97/t.
