In January-October 2017,
Russian plywood exports went down in volume terms over the
respective period of the last year, indicate the statistics
published by the Russian Federal Customs Office.
Thus, according to the latest data, in January-October Russian
plywood export volume came up to 2.065 million m3. That is 0.2% less
than in the respective period of the last year.
The total value of the Russian plywood exported in January-October
2017 came up to $914.5 million and grew by 15.9% year-on-year.
In January-October 2017, Russia exported 1.87 million m3 of plywood
to the non-CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.The
value of the exported plywood came up to $841.1 million. Exports to
CIS came up to just 193,300 m3 in volume terms and $73.4 in value
terms.
