- Delivery: FOB Hochiminh City PORT, Da Nang PORT. After 20 days since receiving L/C.
- Payment: L/C at sight.
Overall Procedures:
Firstly, Two sides make the contract, then, go to the warehouse to check the goods. If the goods is right mentioned in contract, Buyer open L/C and choose the goods follow the contract's terms.
When goods arrive in Km 0 (checkpoint) of border gate of Vietnam and Laos or Cambodia, Buyer check the goods again, if the result of checking the same with warehouse checking, Buyer pay 30% of contract value. After 2-3 days, when buyers get the copy of Bill of Lading, pay 70% by L/C or Cash.
We prefer big CONTRACT for long-term cooperation.
