| Product description or other requirements: | CARPET GRADE RUSSIAN RED PINE STAIR TREAD EDGE GLUED 26mm x293mm x 1220mm 26mm x293mm x 915mm 1．2 knots per stave allowed or total of 8 knots per Tread. Maximum knot size 20-30mm with 2 knots allowed to be up to 35mm. A maximum of 30% of the treads may have 3 or less SPIKE KNOTS per tread of 50mm or less in length with maximum of 30mm width. 3% of the treads can have 1 or less SPIKE KNOT 70mm or less. 50% of the treads may have 5 or less PIN KNOTS of 5mm or less. These PIN KNOTS shall be in addition to the 8 knot total and the extra PIN KNOTS are allowed on 50% or less of the treads. 2．All knots shall be sound and tight. Knots can be alive or partially black dead knots. There cannot be any loose knots. Partially black dead knots are acceptable if they do not go through more than 25% of the thickness of the stave. Partially dead knots are black in color are tight and sound and cannot be pushed out with large force. Partially dead knots may be partially surrounded by a black ring but there cannot be any dead wood surrounding the knot or any space between the knot and the surrounding alive board. 3. Minimum Width of staves is 38mm and the maximum is 100mm per stave. The stave with the bullnose must be minimum of 50mm. The staves should be above four and can’t exceed eight. 4. The wood grain of the Staves should be oriented in opposite directions. 5. Bullnose along one entire edge. 6. No wane, cupping, bowing or twisting permitted. 7. USE JAPANESE GLUE 3 FACES CLEAR RUSSIAN RED PINE STAIR TREAD EDGE GLUED 26mm x293mm x 1220mm 26mm x293mm x 915mm 1. No Knots or other defect permitted on top face, bull nose and back edge. Knots permitted on bottom face similar to carpet grade. 2. Minimum Width of staves is 38mm and the maximum is 100mm per stave. The stave with the bullnose must be minimum of 50mm.
