The company 揚ROMTECHRESOURSE? was forned in 1996. We are cooperation of Norwegian concern. The company has started its activity with manufacture of "hand-made" log houses. During the 2 year of work the enterprise produced numbers of houses with square from 10 up to 240 square meters.
We use pine tree for the house constructions. Processing and connection of corners elements are made by the technology developed in Norway. Logs have natural narrowing, and therefore in "hand-made" houses each angular connection is made individually with application of the special tool.
Each "hand-made" house assembles at a factory, including a design of a roof. After that all logs and elements of a roof are numbered. Houses assort, processing logs once again a manual plane that gives a high degree of smoothness and cleanliness of a surface. Then processed logs are gathering in packs, fix with a metal tape and send to the buyer. Houses assemble again during one- three weeks in the place indicating by the buyer.
Massive wools from pine logs both outside and inside guarantee heat and cosines, keeping in the summer a cool, and in the winter warmth.
Our company not only makes, but also engaged in the further assemble of wooden constructions. We cooperate with the licensed architects. We can provide services in designing.

The price for each timber construction depends on thickness of walls and type of production.
?Thickness of a wall is 200 mm (8"), "hand-made" technology, the standard set:
the price is EUR 105,0-125,0 for 1m2 of wall (VAT isn't included);
?Thickness of a wall is 175 mm (7"), "hand-made" technology, the standard set:
the price is EUR 100,0-115,0 for 1m2 of wall (VAT isn't included);

The term of deliver is EXW Vitebsk
